Position Summary: A Relationship Account Manager oversees all aspects of relationships with assigned clients(HR/Employers). Providing enrollment support on Consumer Driven Health products through phone, email, and conference call channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and centers of influence at our clients, while also identifying cross-sale solution opportunities. The primary role of Relationship Account Managers is to ensure our client’s satisfaction while striving for a retention rate of 90% or above.

Operational Account Manager (OAM)

Position Title: Operational Account Manager OAM

Position Summary: The primary role of an Operational Account Manager(OAM) is to ensure all our client’s backend plan, eligibility, and contribution administration are processed and maintained. OAMs oversee all aspects of the benefit renewal process, processing eligibility and contribution files for all our clients/employer groups, and work closely with our Relationship Account Management(RAM) Team. Core tasks handled by an OAM are: renewal of benefit plans, discrimination testing, eligibility, claim and contribution file processing, enrollment and termination processing, client bank changes, audits, and special projects.

COBRA Account Manager

Position Summary: COBRA Account Managers oversee day-to-day COBRA administration for assigned client groups. COBRA Account Managers provide educational support to both participants and employers, maintain positive working relationships with clients, and address internal and external requests in a timely manner. Ideal candidates for this role can proactively identify potential issues and provide resolutions when needed. The primary role of a COBRA Account Manager is to ensure our client’s satisfaction while striving for a retention rate of 90% or above.

Client Coordinator

Position Title: Client Coordinator

Position Summary: We are searching for a polite, professional Call Center Representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. The Client Coordinator may handle a high volume of calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

To be a successful Client Coordinator, you should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
