Legal Fees
The costs assciated with legal fees specifically for the authorization of treatment for a mentally ill patient are an eligible expense.
Note: Legal fees for estate management, guardianship, or divorce are not eligible expenses.
Laser Eye Surgery
The costs associated with laser or LASIK eye surgey are an eligbile expense.
Lamaze Class
The costs associated with lamaza class are only eligible for the woman having the child.
Note: Expenses for the spouse or partner attending the class are not eligible
Lactation Devices or Aids
The cost associated with lactation devices or aids such as breast pumps or breast milk transport bags are eligible expenses.
Lactation Consultant
If required due to a woman experiencing lactation problems and cannot breastfeed her child, the expense of a lactation consultant is eligible.
