Costs associated with Osteopathy are an eligible expense.
Costs associated with orthotics both custom made or over the counter inserts are an eligible expense.
(Note: Orthopedic shoes require a letter of medical necessity to be an eligible expense)
Costs associated with services provide by an Orthodontist including braces are an eligible expense.
