Penile Implants

A health care professional must provide evidence of medical necessity for the cost of a penile implant to be an eligible medical expense. Include evidence of medical necessity by providing a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) that specifically identifies the recommendation and that the expense is for treatment of a medical condition with the request for reimbursement.

Oxygen

Costs associated with the purchase of oxygen and any required equipment are eligible expenses.

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Supplies and Medications

With the new provisions signed by the President in March of 2020, prescriptions are no longer needed to purchase Over-the-Counter Drugs and Medications with FSA and/or HSA funds. 
**For questions about utilizing HRA funds for Over-the-Counter, please check with your Employer’s HR Department.

– Birth Control – First Aide Supplies
– Braces and Supports – Insulin and Diabetic Supplies
– Catheters – Ostomy Products
– Contact Lens Solution/Supplies – Reading Glasses
– Denture Adhesive – Wheelchairs, Walkers, & Canes
– Diagnostic Tests & Monitors
