Obstetrician Services or Care

Costs associated with the service of an Obstetrician are an eligible expense. Required supporting documentation would include a copy of your EOB or itemized statement of the birth expenses.
(Note: Expenses paid prior to the birth are not eligible until the baby is born and services have been processed through insurance. This helps avoid overlapping of plan years and potential overpayments.)
